We believe the only way to consistently profit from real estate investments is to invest in assets at a level significantly below their long term intristic value. Ambolt's investment team is able to determine an asset's fundamental value and its future value. 

DOWNSIDE PROTECTION

We spend a disproportionate amount of our due diligence effort focused on structuring and pricing investments to ensure capital preservation under all likely scenarios. If an investment is properly underwritten, unexpected negative outcomes should ideally only impact the return on the capital invested, but never the return of our capital.
